Today we are going to talk about what we can do naturally, in order to change our diet to fight diabetes. We know that medication can help in the process of allowing the body to function but medication does not heal the body.

Advance technology over the past 100 years have changed the ways of life. Humanity has drastically changed the way we live. Is it the western lifestyle the problem?

(The land of milk and honey)where food is no longer scarce and we don’t need to do a lot of physical activity to survive.

We can sit for long periods of time in one place watching a box(TV) while eating process meats with drinks loaded with sugar. Is this new way of life the trigger to the new diabetes.

Experts still struggle to find ways to help heal the rising effects of this change. The management of diabetes has change over the past years. Thanks to better research and technology, but the real question is can we use natural method to help avoid or reverse the effects of diabetes.

Scientist know that In diabetics, sugar resistant beta cells in the bloodstream need help. Today state of the art medications helps in the aid with insulin for the absorption of the cells for energy. Medication does not heal the cells, it only aids to help the process of the functions in the cells in the pancreas. Dysfunctional cell in the body are attached by the immune system

We know that medications are always being increased due to the changes of the damaged cells. The body needs natural organic food substances to heal itself because medications are not the answer to solving the dysfunctional cells in the body.  Nature has always had a way to fix the bodies ailments but due to lack of knowledge and the availability of medications most people just take the medication.

We know in long term use medication can cause so many problems like, upset stomach, skin rashes or itching, weight gain, kidney complications, cardiovascular disease and death.

Always remember if you are experiencing side effect from the medication you are taking you should be talking to your doctor. The most important thing is to know how to avoid complications that cause you pain and damage to your body

Listed below are some simple natural and organic way of healing the body that we sometime over look or are not ware of. The spices, fruits and vegetables that I will break down have powerful effects on healing the body. Each one taken consistently for a period will show results.

Cinnamon (Species from the genus Cinnamomum)

A spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species. Cinnamon is used mainly today as an aromatic condiment and flavoring additive.  Medically cinnamon have been used worldly for thousands of years, date back in Chinese writings to 2800 b.c. and is still know as kwai in Cantonese language today. Ancient Egyptians used cinnamon in their embalming process. There are two main types

CEYLON CINNAMON: Also know as true cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka and southern parts of India. Ceylon is tan brown and is not as common. It’s described as a mildly sweet flavor prized cooking spice. Expensive compared to common cassia variety

Cassia cinnamon: Common variety today cut from the stems of cinnamon trees. The inner bark is then extracted from the woody parts and dried as strips which curl into rolls cinnamon sticks.

Ceylon and Cassia are both beneficial to diabetic.  Cinnamon ability to block inflammation and enhance insulin function.

In 2006 case study by Federation American Society for Experimental Biology showed that cinnamon given to humans twice a day decreased the risk factors for diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

In 2011 researchers concluded that diets rich in antioxidant spices “including cinnamon may help reduce the body’s negative response to eating high fat meals.

Cinnamon may protect regulatory T cells,know as Tregs, considered the master regulator of immune responses which people with Multiple Sclerosis appear to have.

Taking cinnamon have been know for so many health benefit, fungal infection, Alzheimer disease, HIV and burning belly fat.

Bitter melon also know as Karela (in India) is a great vegetable-fruit used as food or medicine.

A member of the( cucurbitaceage family of vines considered the most bitter of all vegetables and fruits.

The plant is grown in tropical area’s





The fruit contains 3 active substances that help with diabetes.

CHARANTTIN-confirmed to have a blood glucose-lowering effect.

VICINE an insulin like compound know as Polypeptide-p

LECTIN also know to work on reduces blood glucose concentration.

LECTIN can cause (HYPOGLYCEMIA) This fruit – vegetable works so well it can lower your sugar too much so remember to always check your numbers.

To prepare this vegetable, you can slice in hafts or smaller pieces then lightly fry,roast,steaming and even boil.ONLY 2 to 3 ounces this melon consume per day can have lasting effects.

Bitter melon is rich in vitamin C with powerful antiviral property that stimulates the immune system.

CLOVES (Syzygium aromaticum)of the tree family Mytaceae cloves

Native to the Maluku Islands (or Moluccas) in Indonesia and are flower buds commonly used as a spice.

Cloves dated back in archaeological writing of trade ports in Sri Lanka around 900-1100 CE.

Researchers have studied the effect of cloves for many health benefits.

We know that 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves is said to contain more antioxidants than 1/2 cup of blueberries.”

FIGHTS CANCER  High in antioxidants which are chemicals that reducing damages to cells that could lead to cancer.  Scientist have found that cloves extract was able to kill colon cancer cell in laboratory study.

In the same study done on mice clove extract also slowed the growth of tumors. It looks like cloves extract might be beneficial in the future fight of cancer.

Diabetics   Cloves shown in research studies to help manage blood sugar levels, as little as one teaspoon of this spice can have an effect. The top rank spice with the most antioxidant compounds that work fast in regulating blood sugar and protects the liver and fights bacteria.

In conclusion let me explain why I am writing this information. From the year 2015 to 2030, the IAF Diabetes Models projects that the total number of people with type 2 and type 1 diabetes will increase by 19,629,000 to 54,913,000 people, a 54% increase. From 1990 to 2010 the number of people living, diabetes has tripled. People living with diabetes are 50% higher risk of death because of the complications, think these statistics are alarming and the current way of doing thing should change.

Since I have been in the fight and have reversed my type 2 diabetes. I have change my eating habits and do exercise daily. Now that I have a platform, I will provide as much information as I can to help people with diabetes.
