The benefits of noni fruit for health have been known for a long time. Although it has a very bitter taste, not a few Indonesian people use this fruit to treat various diseases, ranging from headaches, flu, to diabetes.

Noni (Morinda citrifolia) is a green fruit that is commonly found in Australia, India, and Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. This fruit is quite popular consumed as herbal medicine and supplements.
