In this video I’m going to share with you what amylase is, what it is used for and a few tips on getting it.

Amylase is an enzyme. This means it helps in the process of changing one thing into another. It’s job is to break down carbs and starches and basically turns it into glucose.

Have you ever heard of glucose before? We use glucose for energy or cells can store it, just like a car uses gas to get from place A to place B.

If someone didn’t have enough of this enzyme they could experience skin rashes, digestive problems such as constipation, gas, stomach pains as well as a general feeling of not feeling well, since the brain likes glucose.

More bad news is if someone is deficient in this enzyme it could contribute to diabetes, sugar cravings and food sensitivities.

Apart from digestion it breaks down dead white blood cells and this could help the immune system, plus it plays a role in reducing inflammation.

The bad news is that due to age and a poor diet it’s very easy to be deficient in this enzyme. For example there is something called soil depletion. This is farmers use chemicals to grow their crops bigger and faster to make more money. This helps them earn money, but depletes the crops of enzymes.

The easiest way to get amylase really is to take a quality supplement. Even a good multivitamin could have it. The problem with supplements is that the industry is unregulated in many countries. This means companies are supposed to police themselves. As a result there is crap out there.

In fact on the Dr. OZ show they tested tons of supplements and can you guess how many of them were mislabeled or had harmful contamination in them? The answer is 40%.

To help you because there is some really good stuff out there. I have created a free report and video guide that not only gives you tons of tips on buying supplements, but also simplifies herbal remedies as well as a few alternative medicine.
